Lineage: Skunk #1 Phenotype
Historical Context: The introduction of UK Cheese and the development of a flourishing cannabis culture in the UK are closely linked. First of all, UK Cheese originated from a Skunk #1 phenotype. However, since Skunks are not native to England, many people were unfamiliar with the reference to its smell, so it was renamed “Cheese” to appeal to local consumers.
Original breeder/first seed popped: Exodus Collective, early 90’s
Flavor and bake description: Cheesy/skunky flavor and aroma, with hints of sweetness, spice, and berries.
