Are Bask cannabis and cannabis products tested for pesticides and other materials?
Every batch of Bask cannabis, as well as all of our marijuana products and marijuana-infused products (MIPs), are tested by independent, state-certified laboratories for pesticides, bacteria, heavy metals, mold, and other contaminants. Because we believe in our patients’ and consumers’ right to wellness!
I’m new to cannabis. Is there someone at Bask who can help me?
Absolutely! We know cannabis can be intimidating. We’re here to make it approachable. Our Education Specialists are on-site and available every day for one-on-one consultations for patients, caregivers, and 21+ recreational visitors. Does Bask have on-site parking?
We do! Our recreational and medical dispensary each have their own parking lots and entrances, so there’s plenty of parking available for you to stop by anytime we’re open.
Can I pre-order Bask cannabis online?
You can! Our cannabis products are available for online ordering through the website. Click here to browse our medical marijuana dispensary menu and our recreational dispensary menu. From there, place your order, and we’ll send you a text when it’s ready for pick-up.
How much cannabis can I buy at one time?
A recreational consumer must be 21 years-of-age or older and may purchase no more than one ounce of cannabis or its dry weight equivalent in Marijuana concentrate or Edibles per day.
- One ounce of Marijuana flower shall be equivalent to five grams of active tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in Marijuana concentrate including, but not limited to, Tinctures.
- One ounce of Marijuana flower shall be equivalent to five hundred milligrams of active tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in Edibles.
- Topicals and ointments shall not be subject to limitation on daily sales.
A Registered Qualifying Patient certified for sixty (60) days will be able to obtain a maximum of a sixty (60) day supply of Medical use of Marijuana, with a maximum of ten (10) ounces of medical marijuana per sixty (60) day supply, unless one of the following situations is applicable:
- For a Registered Qualifying Patient certified for less than 60-days, the amount of Marijuana dispensed, including Marijuana contained in Marijuana-Infused Products (MIPs), shall be no more than the appropriate proportion of a 60-day supply.
- For a Registered Qualifying Patient certified for Initial Access, the amount of Marijuana dispensed, including Marijuana contained in MIPs, shall be no more than a 14-day supply. A 14-day supply is 2.5 ounces unless otherwise determined by a Certified Healthcare Provider.
- For a Registered Qualifying Patient certified for 60 days or longer, the amount of Marijuana dispensed, including Marijuana contained in MIPs, shall be no more than a 60-day supply in each 60-day period.
- For a registered qualifying patient whose Certifying Healthcare Provider has determined that he or she requires a 60-day supply in excess of 10 ounces, the amount of Marijuana dispensed, shall be adjusted accordingly.
What are the dispensary hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week at both our Southeast Massachusetts locations. Our Fairhaven store is open everyday 9am – 9pm and our Taunton location is open Sunday – Wednesday 10am – 8pm, Thursday 10am – 9pm, and Friday & Saturday 10am – 10pm. Holidays may differ, so please check our Google listings to see accurate holiday business hours.
What do I need to bring with me to the dispensary?
Every time you visit either our medical marijuana dispensary or recreational dispensary, you’ll need to bring a valid ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, or passport) and whatever method of payment you’re planning to use. For those visiting our medical dispensary, you’ll also need to bring your state-issued Patient or Caregiver ID card.

Forms of ID we can accept include a driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, and passport.
If you’re visiting our medical marijuana dispensary, you’ll need your state-issued Patient or Caregiver Registration ID card and a valid government-issued ID.
If you’re visiting our recreational dispensary, you’ll need a valid 21+ government-issued ID.
What is Bask’s return policy?
Safe Disposal:
Bask, Inc. accepts returns for safe disposal of any unopened and unused products in the original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Bask, Inc. cannot refund any money or form of payment that was exchanged between a retailer and a customer or issue any store credit.
Product Exchange Consideration:
Bask, Inc. may consider returned products for exchange or replacement within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Bask, Inc. dispensary personnel will evaluate the product(s), original contents, original packaging, as well as the receipt to consider any product replacement or exchange, at the dispensary personnel’s discretion.
Bask, Inc. cannot offer patients or consumers any product exchange consideration for returns beyond the 14-day return policy.
Accessories:
All sales are final for Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories sold at Bask, Inc. dispensary. Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories may come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. If any Adult and Medical use Marijuana accessories with a limited manufacturer’s warranty are defective or malfunction, the patient or consumer should contact the manufacturer directly to receive repair, servicing, or exchange of warrantied products.

Do you offer cannabis delivery or curbside pickup in Fairhaven or Taunton?
Not currently. However, you can place your order online for convenient in-store or curbside pickup at either our Fairhaven or Taunton locations—ideal if you’re local to New Bedford, Raynham, or Bridgewater.
How long does online ordering usually take for pickup?
On average, pickups take less than 5 minutes — we aim to get you on your way fast, though times can vary slightly.
Is Bask accessible by public transit from New Bedford, Fall River, or Providence?
For our Fairhaven location, the nearest SRTA stop is about a 1 mile walk or quick local cab/rideshare. Rideshare options (Uber) are reliable and often faster than public transit in this area. For our Taunton location, the nearest GATRA stop depends on the specific route, with a short walk or a quick rideshare trip from the destination.
What are Massachusetts Recreational vs Medical cannabis limits in Fairhaven vs Taunton?
Both locations offer the same Recreational Cannabis limit, and our Fairhaven location also serves Medical Patients.
Recreational Cannabis limit: Adults 21 and over can legally purchase/possess up to 1 ounce of cannabis (28 grams) per day (or 500mg of edibles).
Medical Cannabis limit: Registered medical patients can possess up to a 60-day supply, typically defined as up to 10 ounces of cannabis, with higher limits allowed if certified by a physician.
Are there any town-by-town cannabis restrictions in Southern Massachusetts?
There are no town specific cannabis restrictions in Southern Massachusetts at this time.
Do you carry Massachusetts-grown organic or solventless rosin?
We carry organic or solventless rosin on occasion — keep an eye out for these limited, high-quality drops when available!
Which strains do you recommend for anxiety or chronic pain?
For relief from anxiety and pain, many customers find success with balanced CBD:THC strains, calming indicas, and soothing products like tinctures, edibles, or topicals. These options are known for promoting relaxation without overwhelming effects. Speak to one of our knowledgeable Budtenders in store for more detailed recommendations.

Can I switch between medical and adult-use pricing?
In Massachusetts, adults 21+ can shop recreational cannabis, while registered patients have access to medical marijuana with added benefits. Medical patients can shop the recreational menu at any time, but only registered Medical patients can shop the Medical menu.
What medical conditions do you specialize in supporting at Bask Fairhaven?

How are products lab-tested and where can I access results during my visit?
In Massachusetts, all legal cannabis undergoes rigorous lab testing for safety and potency, including checks for pesticides, mold, and THC/CBD levels. You can find detailed test results on product packaging or by requesting results from your Budtender in store.
Is smoking allowed on-site, or are there designated areas nearby?
In Massachusetts, smoking or vaping cannabis is prohibited on dispensary property and in public places. While recreational use is legal for adults 21+, public consumption remains banned at this time. Bask Dispensary encourages safe, respectful enjoyment in compliance with state laws.
What are Bask Taunton’s holiday hours (4/20, New Year’s Eve, etc.)?
Both Bask locations are open regular hours on 4/20, New Year’s Eve, and most other holidays. Bask in closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day to give our staff the opportunity to enjoy time with their loved ones.
Are there special Bulk or 1‐ounce holiday deals?
