Bask Introduces Permanent Marker to Strain Lineup

At Bask, we’re always looking for the next best strain, and we found it! We’re happy to announce that Permanent Marker is the newest addition to Bask’s lineup of amazing strains. And to top it all off, Permanent Marker is Leafly’s 2023 Strain of the Year!

Permanent Marker is a sativa-leaning hybrid bred by Seed Junky Genetics, who also bred Bask favorite LA Kush Cake and the retired Jealousy. In fact, Jealousy is a parent of Marker, crossing it with Biscotti and Sherb Bx.

A couple of months ago, we sent 2 of our budtenders to California to receive their Ganjier certification. While there, they got to sample this strain, and they loved it. Our budtender Chris noted that this strain delivered gassy, sweet flavors. Notes of mint rounded out the flavor profile.

Permanent Marker’s sativa-leaning nature means that its reported effects would follow suit. Chris noted that this strain was bold, euphoric, and focused, making this a great daytime smoke for those looking for something more cerebral.

Our Director of Cultivation, Christian, also expressed his love for this strain, noting its unique terpene profile and genetic background. Permanent Marker is known for containing the terpenes Caryophyllene, Humulene, and Pinene, all of which can be read about on our blog by clicking on its name.

We at Bask are very excited to bring this strain to the SouthCoast, and we’re excited to see what you think! Access our menu by clicking here to get your hands on this great strain.
