Bask, Inc. (“Bask”), a locally owned cannabis dispensary in Fairhaven, Massachusetts has announced plans for a drive to support The Women’s Center. Donations will be accepted at Bask’s adult-use and medical dispensary during March 2024.
For the past 50 years, The Women’s Center has been providing free and confidential services to survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and trauma. Some of these offerings include counseling, education, help finding emergency shelters, and their human trafficking task force, helping to identify and aid victims of sexual and labor trafficking.
Headquartered in New Bedford, MA, The Women’s Center is committed to helping serve the entire SouthCoast, covering Fall River to Wareham.
Bask will collect donations of diapers, baby wipes, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and store gift cards (Market Basket, Walmart, Target, Stop & Shop, etc.) at the dispensary at 2 Pequod Rd in Fairhaven. Donations can be dropped off at the entrance during normal business hours, 9 AM to 9 PM.
